Visitor rules
With the acquisition of this ticket you accept the visitors’ rules.
- For safety reasons, children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for their children!
- Parents or supervisors have obligatory supervision in the whole wildlife park.
Dogs kept on a tight lead are permitted.
- The dog owner is held fully responsible for possibly occurring damage and has to pay for it.
- Please dispose your dog’s excrement.
Further rules at the wildlife park:
- It’s strictly forbidden to reach into the enclosures or to climb over barriers.
- Please do not try to attract the animals’ attraction by shouting loudly, knocking against enclosures or similar actions.
- Taking photos or filming for private purposes is permitted. Commercial photography or filming requires permission from the management.
- Horns and feathers are the wildlife park’s property and it is therefore not allowed to take these things away.
- It’s strictly forbidden to leave the trails.
- The instructions of the park staff must be obeyed.
Feeding animals:
- It’s not permitted to feed our animals food you brought to the park, because some edibles are intolerable or even dangerous for our animals. We ask for your understanding.
- Appropriate food can be acquired at the cash desk or at automatic feeders, so that visitors do not have to renounce the experience of feeding animals.
- The feeding of animals takes place at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
